• Shipping Times: Once shipped via USPS, orders within the US usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

• Order Tracking: As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking link to follow its journey.

• Note: Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy

• All Sales Are Final: Due to the bespoke nature of our handmade resin art, fashion accessories, and custom prints, all sales are final. For hygiene reasons, earrings are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. We kindly ask that you review your order details and sizing carefully before completing your purchase.

• Damaged or Defective Items: However, an exchange can be made if your product arrives damaged or defective, or if an apparel item does not fit properly—provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
