  • Artisan Processing Time
    Every item is meticulously handcrafted or custom-printed to order. Because high-quality resin takes time to perfect and cure, standard orders typically require 5 to 9 Days for processing and packaging before dispatch. We appreciate your patience as we craft your unique pieces!

  • Shipping Times
    Once shipped via USPS, orders within the US usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Order Tracking
    As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking link to follow its journey.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • All Sales Are Final
    Due to the bespoke nature of our handmade resin art, fashion accessories, and custom prints, all sales are final. For hygiene reasons, earrings are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. We kindly ask that you review your order details and sizing carefully before completing your purchase.

  • Damaged or Defective Items
    However, an exchange can be made if your product arrives damaged or defective, or if an apparel item does not fit properly—provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • How to Initiate an Exchange
    Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the item to initiate the exchange.

  • Return Shipping
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
