Safety & Product Care Disclaimer

Material & Safety: Our products are carefully crafted using high-quality materials, including jewelry-grade resin, beads, pearls, metals, and textiles. While our items are safe for everyday use and wear, we advise individuals with sensitive skin or known allergies to specific synthetic, metal, or fabric materials to exercise caution.
Choking Hazard Warning: Many of our handmade pieces, accessories, and jewelry contain small components (such as beads, pearls, and small resin parts) that may pose a choking hazard. These items are not toys and should be kept strictly out of reach of infants, small children, and pets.
Liability Agreement: By completing your purchase, you agree to these safety guidelines and acknowledge that our shop assumes no liability for misuse, accidental ingestion, or individual allergic reactions related to any of our products.

Processing & Shipping Info

Artisan Processing Time: Every item is meticulously handcrafted or custom-printed to order. Because high-quality resin takes time to perfect and cure, standard orders typically require 1 to 2 weeks for processing and packaging before dispatch. We appreciate your patience as we craft your unique pieces!
Shipping Times: Once shipped via USPS, orders within the US usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Order Tracking: As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking link to follow its journey.
Note: Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final: Due to the bespoke nature of our handmade resin art, fashion accessories, and custom prints, all sales are final. For hygiene reasons, earrings are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. We kindly ask that you review your order details and sizing carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items: However, an exchange can be made if your product arrives damaged or defective, or if an apparel item does not fit properly—provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate an Exchange: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the item to initiate the exchange.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
